Ralph Lawrence

As a specialist in FEMA’s Public Assistance program, Ralph has delivered exceptional results for our clients and communities. His knowledge and experience help clients work their way through FEMA’s complex processes, from initial response to long-term recovery and project closeout.

Ralph has personally completed more than 600 projects on behalf of state and local governments, as well as private non-profit organizations. He has extensive in project management, public assistance coordination for state, county and city governments and for private non-profit entities. His disaster management assistance experience includes all levels of emergency management with a strong emphasis in long-term recovery, including special expertise in Public Assistance grants programs.

Ralph is also trained and skilled in the developing and submission of 406 Hazard Mitigation.
