Nateida Lathon

For nearly two decades, Nateida has worked as an internal audit professional in various business industries. As a seasoned internal auditor, Nateida is a results-oriented expert with operational, financial and auditing experience, including several years in executive leadership roles.

As our firm's Compliance Manager, Nateida is responsible for training internal stakeholders on the process for identifying compliance related matters, tracking and managing deadlines for all compliance-related matters and escalating compliance matters to the Executive Management team when any non-compliance events occur for purposes of remediation. In addition, Nateida performs periodic audit and compliance reviews.

Nateida holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, as well as Master’s Degree in Business. In addition, Nateida holds the following professional certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certificate in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), both from The Institute of Internal Auditors of which she is a Member.
