Jason Mistlebauer

Serving as Grants & Policy Director for Witt O’Brien’s Community Services practice, Jason brings more than thirty years of professional experience in the public sector as well as non-profit and philanthropic organizations with expertise in program development, implementation, and management. Additionally, he provides Federal policy updates and analyses that may affect Witt O’Brien’s many clients.

Before joining Witt O’Brien’s, Jason was the Statewide Grants Administrator and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the State of Arizona Office of Grants and Federal Resources (GFR) within the Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budgeting (OSPB). In this role, he led the statewide implementation of a grants management system, the creation of a grants management manual, and other statewide grants and policy activities.

Jason holds an MPA from Arizona State University and a BA from the University of Tennessee.
