Get in touchGrady serves as Associate Managing Director for Witt O’Brien’s Infrastructure Services practice. He has more than a decade of experience helping agencies and private sector partners develop and implement advanced solutions to their most complex emergency management problems.
Prior to joining Witt O’Brien’s, Grady served as the Assistant Director of Recovery Operations and then Disaster Logistics for the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) where he oversaw the State’s major recovery programs and debris operations teams, as well as logistics response to COVID-19 and numerous historic fires. Prior to his work with Cal OES, he played a leading role in the development of FEMA’s Public Assistance New Model and modernization of FEMA’s major grants management systems at both headquarters and Region IX.
Grady holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Law and International Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles.
