He has been serving as the Senior Cost Estimator for Witt O'Brien's work in the US Virgin Islands, where he has provided technical assistance in the development of hundreds project worksheets for Hurricane Irma totaling over $70 million and nearly 700 total project worksheets worth $2.2 billion for Hurricane Maria.
During his time at URS Corporation he worked on unique and nationally recognized FEMA recovery programs associated with two of the nation’s largest disasters - 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Northridge Earthquake.
