Get in touchAriel has been providing comprehensive grant compliance, policy development, internal audit, and consulting services since 2014. With a primary focus on grant compliance, she dedicates the majority of her professional efforts to assisting a diverse range of clients within state and local governments, not-for-profits, and tribes across the United States. Ariel’s extensive experience includes working with various funding sources, including the American Rescue Plan Act, CARES Act, COVID-19 relief funding, and NTIA Broadband Infrastructure.
She specializes in consulting with numerous pass-through entities and has extensive expertise in subrecipient engagement, subrecipient monitoring, strategic planning for funding utilization, developing cost allocation methodologies, conducting time and effort studies, and providing policy and procedure consulting. Ariel has provided extensive program and project management to a variety of clients and entities since 2008 where she actively managed 20+ large and small projects ranging from $10k to $12B. In addition, Ariel has dedicated a portion of her time to teaching project management, business administration, and accounting at Central New Mexico Community College since 2018.
