Witt O'Brien's is pleased to continue our partnership with one of the top 10 cities in the US - the City of San José (the City) - in support of COVID-19 response efforts.
The Solution: The City formed a Pandemic Management Team in late January 2020, and activated its Emergency Operations Center virtually on February 28, 2020. On March 5, the City of San José moved to Stage 4, High Response Level, of its Pandemic Response Plan, which then led the City Manager Dave Sykes to sign a Proclamation of Local Emergency, determining the legal, operational and recovery resources available for the City, to respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency. Witt O’Brien’s is partnering with the City to provide virtual assistance in support of its COVID-19 response efforts.
